Here are the processes for different types of projects:
Video Project Process1 - Collecting Details:
First, we will take a good look at the project submission that you made here. Then we will contact you to see how you want to communicate, through Facebook, email, or by phone. We will discuss the project and give you a general idea of what we can do for you. 2 - Initial Agreement Before we start the actual production, we will communicate with you on pricing, completion time, and any other details. From that we will draw up an agreement for us to follow, to ensure that all involved know what is going on and how. 3 - Creating a Sample Draft: Next, we will create a sample based on your preferences of what the product will likely be. We will share that with you and carefully listen to all your thoughts and concerns. Using your input, we will construct a more specific drafted version. 4 - Selecting a Theme The most essential aspect to an effective presentation is having a relevant theme to the intended use. We will discuss with you what that use is, and determine what the most effective theme and feel will be. We will then choose the best elements applicable to your theme. 5 - Compiling a Test Version We will next create and publish a private version for your critique. You provide us with any final requirements and we apply them until you are satisfied with the end result. 6 - Final Product When we have finished the project, we will publish the final private version for you to review and confirm. Once you have verified the status as complete, we will provide you with the final copies and versions, as well as any and all raw files, as agreed upon. It is only at this point that you provide payment as specified. |
Event Coverage Process1 - Collecting Event Details:

If our schedule doesn't work, we will let you know immediately and attempt to find a replacement. 2 - Event EvaluationWe will contact you to see how you want to communicate, through Facebook, email, or by phone. We will discuss the event and give you a general idea of what we can do for you. 3 - Initial Agreement Before we start the actual production, we will communicate with you on pricing, completion time, travel costs, and any other details. From that we will draw up an agreement for us to follow, to ensure that all involved know what is going on and how. 4 - Creating an Plan: Next, we will plan a method to cover the event based on your preferences of what you want covered. We will share several options with you and carefully listen to all your thoughts and concerns. Using your input, we will construct a more specific plan. 5 - Covering the Event We will at the event record or otherwise cover the aspects you have specified, in the manner you specified. If at any time you change your requirements for the coverage method, we will do our best to accommodate. 6 - Post-Production We then will next take the footage into production; informing you of the progress of the state of completion. We will show you the results, and you provide us with any final requirements so that we can ensure you are satisfied with the end result. 7 - Final product When we have finished the production, we will publish the final private version for you to review and confirm. Once you have verified the status as complete, we will provide you with the final copies and versions, as well as any and all raw files, as agreed upon. It is only at this point that you provide payment as specified. |
